When I opened, I had ZERO followers, ZERO industry connections, and a bank account drained from renovations. I didn't know the first thing about marketing a venue.

I had to figure it out the hard way — through trial, error, and a lot of sleepless nights.

But once I cracked the code on branding, visibility, and automated systems, everything changed. My venue did $275K+ in Year 1. We're now booked 3-4 months out.

Do I need to have a certain revenue level to join?

No. Whether you're at $30K, $100K, or $200K, these systems will help you scale to the next level. The strategies work at any stage—you just implement them differently based on where you are.

Is this only for wedding venues?

Absolutely not. This works for ANY event venue—weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, church events, etc. If you host events, this is for you.

How much time do I need to commit per week?

Plan for 5-8 hours per week:

- 90 minutes for the live group call (Mondays)

- 3-5 hours implementing what you learned

- 1-2 hours engaging in the community

If you can't commit to this, you won't see results. This isn't a "watch videos and hope for the best" program—it requires action.

What if I can't make the live calls?

All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. But here's the truth: the people who show up live get better results. You'll get real-time feedback, ask questions, and stay accountable. If you can't attend most calls, this might not be the right fit.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You have two options:

OPTION 1: Pay in Full — $2,500 (SAVE $300)

One-time payment, immediate full access.

OPTION 2: 2-Payment Plan — $2,800 total

- $1,400 due today

- $1,400 due in 30 days

Payment plans are processed automatically. If a payment fails, you'll have 3 days to update your card. After that, access is paused until payment is received. All payments are non-refundable.

I recommend paying in full if you can—you save $300 and avoid the hassle.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

You don't need to be a tech expert. I'll walk you through every system step-by-step. If you can use Instagram and email, you can do this. Plus, you'll have direct access to me for troubleshooting.

How is this different from other coaching programs?

Three things:

1. I actually OWN and RUN a venue. I'm not just teaching theory.

2. You get my exact systems—not generic advice.

3. It's live coaching, not pre-recorded videos. You get real-time support.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

You'll have:

- Lifetime access to all templates, scripts, and resources
